The THRIVE Center is dedicated to empowering every student to excel in and out of the classroom. Rooted in Cura Personalis, Ignatian Belonging, leadership, dignity, and respect, we provide resources, mentorship, and leadership development to support academic and personal success. Through our summer transitional programs and year-long peer mentoring initiatives, we help first-generation and at-promise students build strong foundations for their college journey.
As a First Gen Forward Network Institution, we celebrate resilience, uplift first-generation voices, and create pathways for future success. By fostering community, collaboration, and confidence, we ensure that students feel valued, supported, and equipped to “thrive".
