Xavier Student Wellbeing Services is dedicated to supporting students in achieving their highest level of personal wellbeing across 8 dimensions: financial, purpose, emotional, social, community, spiritual, physical, and intellectual. We offer services such as 1:1 wellbeing coaching, wellness programming, and presentations on topics like stress, nutrition, and sleep. Emphasizing the Jesuit value of Cura Personalis, our services aim to empower students to maintain a balanced and healthy college experience.
