Description
We're asking for donations for "extras" like entry fees for cyberdefense competitions, lunch tickets so students without meal plans can join students and faculty for Friday Lunch in the Caf, purchase of special equipment (such as Raspberry Pi's and Arduinos) for student research projects, cookies at senior talks, and on and on. These extra activities and equipment enhance the student experience both in and out of the classroom. These funds also support community building among our 150+ majors.
Why we need your support
Our department has a small operating budget but not enough for "extras" like the ones listed.
