Description
The All For One Army ROTC Battalion is a program that teaches young men and women the necessary leadership skills and tactical competencies to become Commissioned Officers in the U.S. Army. Cadets observe the historical basis for the U.S. military while also learning how to lead future soldiers. ROTC combines a military science core curriculum, a strenuous physical fitness component, and practical leadership labs to ensure Cadets improve upon confidence, attention to detail, and teamwork. The All For One Battalion is headquartered at Xavier University with extension units at Miami University and Northern Kentucky University. Overall, the All For One Battalion is home to 100+ cadets!

Donations are applied to...
100 percent of your donation goes to the benefit of the cadets. Some of the annual events that they participate in are:
- The annual All For One Battalion Military Ball
- A Historical Staff Ride to Gettysburg, PA
- Color Guard Support (cadets complete color guards at Xavier Basketball games, FC Cincinnati games, veterans events and many other ceremonies)
- Events for the Ranger Challenge Team & Pershing Rifles – military-oriented Service Fraternity
- Mentorship group activities where senior cadets refine leadership skills and guide underclassman cadets
- Alumni Events including the annual Hall of Fame Dinner & Reception
- And many other formative experiences that shape future leaders throughout the year!

Why are donations necessary?
The donations directly support all 100+ cadets at AFO-N & AFO-S in the Battalion throughout the year with a goal of improving their training, their experience, and their overall enjoyment of their time in the Military Science Department!
The funds raised will continue to allow the All For One Battalion to provide the best possible experience for the Cadets in the program and will GREATLY assist in the recruitment of prospective students based on the environment these events create.
Due to previous donations, Xavier University saw fit to fund the Armory’s renovation and the establishment of the GEN Michael Xavier Garrett drill floor, a brand new gym specific for our Cadets, classroom spaces, and a Xavier Army ROTC Hall of Fame and Museum. Besides training events, money is also used to purchase fitness equipment battalion-wide, and events for the various extracirculars cadets participate in (Rangers, Pershing Rifles, Run Groups...) Donations will ensure the All For One Army ROTC Battalion can continue to provide necessary training and leadership development activities for all Cadets in the program at all universities involved!
